OZZIE DENSON

My name is Ozzie Virgil Denson. I am the bass singer of the New Denson Gospel Singers. I am known as the Joseph (the dreamer) of the group. I love gospel music, singing, and giving God the praise. I have been singing every since the young age of six, with my brothers and sisters; at churches and on Easter programs. My father, the Rev. H.L. Denson, would bring the Word and the Densonnetts would sing. The New Densonnetts Gospel Singers have been singing for over thirty years, and still have that same passion for singing we had from the beginning. As the dreamer, I sometimes see things a little different than others. I love giving my best in everything I do. Giving God the praise is what the New Densonnetts Gospel Singers strive for. Just to see my brothers and sisters singing and praising God makes my heart glad. Everyday the New Densonnetts Gospel Singers will try to live the life they sing about in their songs.
